Tubac Fire Station 1 is located at 2227 E Frontage Rd. in Tubac. This is the original Fire Station for Tubac Fire District that dates back to the 1970's when Tubac Fire was a volunteer Fire Department.  The building has been added onto over the years, but was never designed for a full-time professional Fire services operation.  This is why there are trailers behind the station for the crew's sleeping quarters.
